PromoHo is an ever growing network of Chicago businesses and artists providing a one stop for affordable service and promotion for musicians.

What Are We Trying to Do Here?

PromoHo is currently in Phase 1. At this current phase PromoHo is building a strong and smart network of Chicago area businesses and freelancers who specialize in services such as Photography, Graphic Design, Booking, Engineering,...etc. All freelancers will go through an application process and become a member of the PromoHo streetteam which will be dedicated in getting the word out about up and coming artists and shows.

What Are We Looking For?

PromoHo isn't just looking for people who are good at what they do, but also people who are passionate about music. Each Ho will be expect to support PromoHo bands and PromoHo to their fullest ability. WE'RE BUILDING A FAMILY HERE PEOPLE!!!

What Can You Provide A Musician/Band?

Band services will be somewhat limited as our network is in the growing phase, but we invite all submissions because even if we can't help out at this point, chances are we know someone who can. As our network grows you will find our application will actually become a search engine for our PromoHo database and you will be able to hire Ho's right on the spot! Right now just go to eXpose Yourself, and fill out an eXpose form.

Currently our MySpace page is a great place to take advantage of free promotion.

Weekly Track Contest - Rate/Comment current tracks for your chance to be featured the next week. While your track is up you will also be featured in the Top 8 so people can check out your page. As long as you remain in the top 3 average rated tracks, you will stay up there and have a chance at being a Featured Artist on PromoHo.com.

Free Banner Posting - If you have a banner to share, we'll be more than happy to swap with you. We have our fancy PromoHo affiliate banner for your page and we'll put yours on ours :)

Free Show Posting - Just send us a message with your CHICAGO dates, and we'll post em up and send out reminder bulletins to our peeps

Free Posting of Special Events - Again just send us a message and we'll send out a bulletin to our peeps.
